About the room
I’m looking to rent out a large bedroom and closet with a beautiful 3-panel eastern window and own bathroom! Internet, water, and trash included with electric split 50/50. In-unit washer and dryer and parking available. Bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the 2x2 home is fully furnished.
The neighborhood is very quiet with a private pool, fitness center, and bus access, less than 10 minutes from campus. Perfect for grad students and young professionals!
About the roomies
I’m 29 years old working in law enforcement with my cat, Bahama Mama. Due to the Queen’s demands, no other pets are allowed, sadly. Plants are welcome! Fish/rodents/reptiles welcome at their own risk.
I work a lot so I value rest and relaxation at home, but I am social on weekends and am hoping to gain not only a roommate but a friend! I love to shoot pool, go hiking, gym, and video games.
