Hi! I am looking for someone who would be interested in taking over my bed space at the Lorenzo located near DTLA and USC (with a free private shuttle to the campus).
This is an apartment for 5 girls with 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and dressing room.
The room would be shared with another girl, and it has its own private entrance and balcony.
The apartment is fully equipped (dishes, hangers etc..) and you will also have a tandem parking space (included in the contract).
The apartment is in a stunning residence with a lot of amenities (pools, jacuzzi, fitness room, basketball court, movie theatre, sauna etc).
The monthly rent is $1,090 (all included).
About the roomies
This apartment will be shared with 4 other roommates. The shared room you would be in has a really nice roommate (which I would be happy to give you her contact infos if you are interested!) Furthermore, the apartment in in a student residence with people from all over the world so it is really easy to make friends!
