Hello! Room for rent available now. Room is clean and bright, with a attached bathroom shared with one roomie, comes with a single day bed, side table with a lamp. A separate fridge is provided for use by 2 roomies which includes you and assigned countertop /cup board space in the kitchen. Access to washer and dryer onsite. Welcome! Visit and please share a little bit about yourself, your reason to move and how long you are planning to stay, when is the best time for you to come visit, then we can schedule an appointment. Details: Room is at ground floor Private single occupancy room. Shared bathroom with one other roomie. Single bed. Plenty of street parking space. Wifi and utilities included.

6 Month Lease, Then Month-to-Month

Requirements:

Clean, considerate and responsible with regular employment
1 month rent advance payment ($1,050 will serve as payment for last months rent).
Security deposit ($500 Refundable if everything is in good condition when you move out)
Background and credit check ($30)
No Smoking / Drugs / Pet / Guest.

The area is quiet, clean and very safe. On the look for 2 roomies that will share an attached bathroom. I am only home during the weekends, i keep to myself when at home and respect each others privacy.
