Hello! Room for rent available now. Room is clean and bright with attached bathroom that will be shared with another roomie. Comes with a single bed, side table and a lamp. You will also have access to washer, dryer and your separate fridge in the kitchen for 2 persons including you and assigned counter top/ cupboard space in the kitchen. Details: Room is at ground floor Single occupancy room. Single bed. Shared bathroom with 1 roomie. Washer and Dryer on site. Plenty of street parking space. Wifi and utilities included.

6 Month Lease, Then Month-to-Month

Requirements:

Clean, considerate and responsible with regular employment
1 month rent advance payment ($1,050 will serve as payment for last months rent)
Security deposit ($500 Refundable if everything is in good condition when you move out).
Background and credit check ($30)
No Smoking / Drugs / Pet / Guest
