I’m looking for a female to sublet my room in a 4bed 4bath apartment at the 2125 Franklin! It’s fully furnished, has a ton of amenities, and is really close to UO campus. rent is $1014/month, but I am willing to negotiate as I need to find someone ASAP :) You can move in anytime after December 10th, and the lease ends in August.
About the roomies
The three other roommates are all junior girls who are extremely kind, welcoming, fun, and clean. They go to school at UO full-time and work, so they’re all pretty busy and keep to themselves, but also make time to hang out together. They get along with everyone and are super easy going.
