Rent is $850, due on the first of every month, inclusive of utilities. Refundable security deposit of one-month’s rent and first month’s rent due at move in. Looking to start off with a six-month lease and then renew with a 12-month lease. Proof of income and a previous rental reference required.

I just purchased the home in October and moved into it in late November 2023, and am still making a few minor upgrades. Right now, there are a total of two people and two small dogs living in the house.
