I own this home. Fenced front and back yard. Some storage available potentially in garage.

2 rooms in 1. Upstairs. Private and cozy. Loft type style but closed off from rest of house.

Some bookshelves and a queen mattress can be utilized if needed or wanted.

It’s just me. 27 and work full time. Quiet and introverted but not opposed to being friends and hanging out. I have 3 cats and a dog. All decently well behaved and are super friendly. 420 friendly, outdoor only. Only have 2 people over on a semi regular basis. No drugs. No drinking. Very chill roommate.
