I’m looking 1 person to fill a double this upcoming spring semester which can also be extended until August 2024. The move in date would be either January or mid December. The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, located near Clark Kerr (less than a 15 minute walk to campus). Rent is $840 per person in the double. The room is spacious with a private bathroom and fully furnished (so is the rest of the apartment).
About the roomies
You would be living with one another super friendly girl in the room. There are 3 other amazing girls living in the apartment. Everyone is super friendly and very respectful
