El Cajon Boulevard

10’x10’ bedroom+ bathroom available in a 2BR house! 3-6 mo. sublet preferred but I’m open to other timeframes. Reserved parking space included, washer and dryer in backyard. The house is 1.5 miles from SDSU, and a few minutes walk to El Cajon blvd/College ave. No pets due to allergies. Utilities $150 per month.

FRAGRANCE FREE required—I have a medical condition that’s basically super allergies. This includes beauty products like shampoo, lotions, makeup, etc. I’m pretty easygoing but I will have to be strict on this, and it extends to any guests in the house too.

The living room is taken up by my small business but I’ll mostly be in my room or out of the house. There is a decently stocked kitchen and a dining area. I cook for myself most meals; when I have the time I don’t mind making extra for you. I’m a great cook 😃.
