I have a lovely 3b 2b located in Creekside Estates, which is a mobile home community, but my home is more like a home than just a trailer. At the present time, all roommates will have to be screened and pass a criminal background check per Creekside. I am only looking for 1 non smoking roommate at this time so you would have a private bath, access to living room, kitchen and dining area. There is a huge front Deck for chilling and entertaining. Creekside is within walking distance of the Grovetown Walmart Mart and just a short distance to the Fort.

Roomie 1 is an 18 Year old male that is taking a gap year before signing up for the military. He works a lot and hangs with friends when he is not a work. Does not smoke and has no pets.
