I’m on the lookout for someone awesome to share my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom top floor apartment in the lovely Civita neighborhood of Mission Valley. Plus, we’ve got an EV parking spot, which is cool unless your ride still runs on gas – no worries, we can switch it up! Civita’s got all the charm you’d want – a quaint, quiet neighborhood that’s also a stone’s throw away from all things San Diego. And did I mention our complex has a pool, gym, covered parking, and weekly food truck fiestas? Oh, and there’s a Starbucks within walking distance, because caffeine is life.

My current roomie is taking off to North Carolina in late July, leaving me with a Maru-sized hole in my heart. Maru, by the way, is my chatty tuxedo ragdoll cat. If you’ve got a feline friend, Maru will be happy to have a new buddy! And don’t worry, he prefers to be heard, not smelled!

By day, I’m a 3rd-year elementary school teacher, rocking the 4th-grade scene. By night, I’m a K-pop enthusiast (NCT is my jam), an adventurer, and a museum aficionado.

I’ve got some quirks, though. Allergies and a touch of heart-condition-induced mobility limitations keep things interesting, but I handle it like a champ. I’m looking for a roommate who’s respectful, communicates well, and can keep up with my sometimes hectic life. Bonus points if you can jam out to K-pop or at least tolerate my playlists!

On the flip side, let’s avoid constant apartment traffic, wild parties, and a doggy presence. Sorry, dog lovers – it’s just not my thing. But don’t worry, he’s very polite, clean, and friendly- I wouldn’t be dating him if he wasn’t!
