Roman's room

Upstairs bedroom in a 3 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. Room has lots of light and two sliding door closets, quiet neighborhood and close to Bart, stores and food. Street parking is available. All utilities are included in the rent, we don’t allow laundry access but there’s 3 laundry places within 2 blocks

Myself (27) and my older brother (30) are the other 2 Roommates. We both work 2 jobs and keep to ourselves. Both like our privacy and like to relax when at home, very much drama free and out the way. Looking for a clean responsible Roomate that has either full time employment or school and part time employment and makes enough to pay rent on time.
