Hi everyone!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. The lease ends in March 2024 after that it will continue month to month. The apartment (2bed 2bath) is located Mission Valley and it has great sunset view and an amazing breeze. It’s also near to the freeway entrance, 5 min drive to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and 7 min drive to Fashion Valley. The room has its own bathroom and a walking closet. In the kitchen you will have your own shelves to storage your stuff.

The community is amazing. They have a club house, gym, marketplace, sauna, spas, swimming pools, bbqs, dog park, business center, charging stations and a jogging trail. Also, people who live in the complex is pretty friendly.

You will have your designated parking spot switching every 2 weeks with your new roommate :)
