My name is jeremy I have a big, beautiful four bedroom house with a inground, pool, and a lakeside view. I’m looking for a couple roommates to be moving in here soon I’m looking for unselfish people, people who actually gonna help each other in the household. I keep finding people that have no respect for my house. They do what they want to it and it’s a really nice house. I’m trying to fix it up yeah economy is not helping and other tenants messing the property up and ain’t helping either. But I’m probably the nicest guy you’ll ever meet. I am retired from the military after getting injured overseas. I do need help around the house I’m retired due to injuries, so that’s why I need help. I want to do month-to-month which can change but I don’t know if I’m going to possibly stay here. Been here over a year and I have no friends. No family here. And I bought this house trying to build that environment here, but I keep finding selfish people that don’t have respect for other peoples property. But you’re not only written in a room. I want to reassure that you have access to the whole house except my bedroom when I’m asleep it’s your home make it your home I’m on you have pictures you can hang them up at your home most the time I’m in my room or on the roof because I’m a photographer And around the lake, we all kind of nature.but rent is $1000 which includes everything.
