The apartment itself is designed to be comfortable and practical for daily living. The kitchen has a large shared space with modern appliances, generous counter space, and room to comfortably cook and share the area without feeling crowded. The unit also includes an in apartment laundry room, so there is no need to deal with shared community laundry facilities or leave the apartment for washing and drying clothes. There is also a private balcony for anyone who enjoys relaxing outside, getting fresh air, or having a quiet moment after work or school.

The community offers several amenities that make everyday life more convenient and enjoyable. The swimming pool was fully renovated just two weeks ago and provides a clean and relaxing atmosphere. There is a dedicated car cleaning and vacuum station on site, along with convenient parking. The community clubhouse offers additional shared space to relax or work, and secure package lockers are available for residents who prefer having deliveries safely stored instead of left at the apartment door.

There is also a 24 hour fitness center, making it easy to work out regardless of your schedule, whether you are a student, work late hours, or simply prefer early morning or nighttime workouts.

Also, regarding the area, it’s actually one of the things most people like about this location. It’s a quiet area, and most day-to-day necessities are very close by. Walmart Neighborhood Market is about 2 minutes away, Publix is about 4 minutes away, and Sprouts, Ross, and Marshalls are all within about 5 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants within 2 to 3 minutes in different directions, several gas stations nearby, and both UPS and the post office are only about 7 minutes away. Overall, it’s a very convenient location for everyday living.

I’m Mike, a senior dental technician working at a dental art studio and also a student at UCF. I live a very work and study focused lifestyle, so I prefer a calm, respectful, and drama free home environment. Most of my time is spent studying, working, or relaxing quietly at home. I’m looking for a mature and responsible roommate, preferably someone with a similar lifestyle such as a university student or a working professional who values peace, cleanliness, and mutual respect. I’m not a fan of loud parties, constant guests, heavy noise, loud music, or chaotic living environments. Guests on my side are very rare. I respect personal space and privacy, and I appreciate open and respectful communication if any issue comes up. I also care about keeping shared spaces clean and organized. One important thing to mention is that I’m a smoker, and occasionally I may smoke inside the apartment when necessary. I’m also completely okay with small pets.
