Clayton's room

We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home which also has an office and patio. We have a small but lovely back yard that is right next to the woods. We like to keep the house clean and pretty well-organized. We live in a quiet, family neighborhood which is close to the shopping in Foley without being too far from OB and Gulf Shores.

In peak season, my commute to GS is 30 min and my roommate’s is 20 min to OB. During the off season or early/late in the day, we can both be at work in under 10 minutes. Walmart is under 10 minutes away, Downtown Pensacola and Mobile are less than an hour.

You will have your pick of the 2 open rooms we have. If you don’t have your own box spring/ mattress, you can have my extra one. You’ll have to share a bathroom with Jessica, but you will get your own vanity.

We have washer/dryer and all typical kitchen appliances

Myself (Clay, 26yo M), and my roommate (Jessica, 39yo F) have lived here together for over a year. We have become good friends and get along great. We both get up and go to sleep early. Jessica usually goes out to Mobile on the weekends and I work 6-7 days a week, so the house is pretty quiet most of the time. We do, however, like to occasionally host ‘family dinner’ with our friend-fam.

We have always been a co-ed house, and we have had a few roommates come and go, both men and women. Understandably, Jessica would prefer female roommates and I support that, especially due to the shared-bathroom situation. As long as our house is platonic, drama free, and harmonious, we are open to any person with any background. In any case, we hope to find a roommate and also a friend!
