Jay's room

Decent sized house with driveway or street parking. The street is very quiet with minimal traffic. Would have own room, bathroom and storage. Utilities, garbage and internet would all be included.

I’m a relatively quiet person and I’m big on respect and communication. I have two children that live with me four days a week so I would have to feel extremely comfortable. I’m an open book so any questions feel free to ask.
