Wheeler Street

This is a quaint room with a walk in closet. It is in a 3 bed 1 bath house with two other roommates. The bedroom is unfurnished, but all common areas are furnished. It’s cheap because it is small but I’ve lived here for the past two and a half years to save money while enjoying the minimalistic lifestyle.

I’m looking for a kind, respectful, and clean person to take my spot! The photos show the room with a full sized bed, a twin sized bed, and empty so you have an idea on size.

I’m the homeowner and will be living about 10 mins from here! There is a lease to be signed and a security deposit. Any issues will be reported directly to me. Income verification, contact info for two previous landlords, and bank statements are required.

It’s available from December 15th- July 31st. Shorter leases would be available but I’m hoping to find someone that can rent for as long of that time frame as possible.

No pets or smoking. There is a garage outside with dirt floors that can be used as storage for extra things if needed. There is driveway and street parking, it’s first come first serve for the driveway.

You will be sharing the house with two other girls. One is 29 and works from 7: 30 am to about 5 pm, she loves movies and chilling. The other is 23 and works afternoons from about 2 pm until 10 pm she loves painting, hanging with friends, and food! They both tend to stay in their rooms when they’re not at work. They’re clean and respectful. This is not a party house, it’s a peaceful/clean environment where everyone gets along.

About the house: Cleaning, buying shared items (toilet paper, soap, etc), getting the mail, and taking out trash are all shared between everyone. There isn’t a schedule or anything, we’re just all grown and clean up after ourselves. Utilities are split evenly and are all in my name currently.
