This is a two story house with lots of space, 3 bedrooms up stairs with 2 bathrooms. The two bedrooms are currently occupied by me, one for my office. I need to move out to help my family. so these two rooms would be yours. this house is located a few blocks from downtown Saratoga, right near the Saratoga hospital. Very quite neighborhood. Washer and dry in house. all utilities are include. This arrangement would be you taking over my portion of the lease, which would end 8/11/2024.

You would be replacing me to live with my awesome house mate Sacha. He is laid back and relaxed. works from home but his whole setup is within his room. people interested I would forward to him to make sure he was comfortably.
