I am looking to move out in December to go to NYC for a job opportunity in the fashion industry and I am basically looking to have someone that is a good fit take over my lease which ends in six months and I am home mostly always and show the house and property not one of the other Four housemates are home only at night very nice young ladies all under 30 stick to themselves and basically stay in there rooms and only come out to cook if that polite , quiet and there is a nice mix of the women here so all welcome and no one bothers anyone and if there is an issue a group chat is where it is taken and resolved and the landlord is a wonderful person who will work with you if there things u need or financial problems
