Qualifications

• Must have stable income close to 3x the rent
• No heavy smoking / heavy drinking / illegal drugs
• No pets (dogs or cats); caged pets (turtle, fish, bird) are ok
• No credit check or credit scores required for application

House Descriptions

• Single bedroom in a house.
• The house is furnished in the common areas.
• Will share 1 clean bathroom with 1 other tenant. Bathroom is very clean!
• Maid cleaning every 2 weeks
• Full kitchen and house access
• 2 large fridges and a freezer chest to use
• All utilities included in the rent
• High Speed Wifi available
• House has solar panels so full air conditioning usage during summer months
• Washer/Dryer available inside home free to use

Lease Information: Month to Month Rent Information: $790 / Month with a $550 initial deposit Your rent will be prorated for when you move in. I am also willing to accept a split deposit if you are unable to pay the deposit at move in.

• Both work warehouse 40+50+ hours per week. Very private also. Everyone in the house is very respectful. They all meet the requirements to rent for the house.
