My name is Leslie, I currently live in a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom HOUSE in Oceanside with ROOMATES (All in our mid 20’s). I’m 24 years old, I work, go to school and travel for work, so I’m not home a lot; most of the time I’m working Nights and sometimes 16 hour shifts as a Nurse Assistant/Med Tech.
I’m looking for a female to share my master bedroom with who can help me pay rent.
Alittle about me; I’m really goofie, outgoing, family oriented. Whenever I do get free time like to go to the gym, relax at the beach, hang out with friends, paint, listen to music, and eating out a lot because I’m kinda lazy to cook and hardly home but I’m trying to get better at it and meal prep. I clean up after myself and am considerate of my roommate’s space and privacy. I’m honestly hoping to find a female with similar vibes and maybe be friends!! 👑✨
My room is big and located on the second floor with in suite bathroom, jack n jill sinks, shower, bath tub, walk in closet, and private patio/balcony. We would be splitting everything in half.
There are 3 other roomates(Co-Ed) in their 20s who occupy the other 3 rooms. They are all funny and friendly, considerate, respectful, and clean. We all go to school, work or both.
The house is located near Starbucks, Planet Fitness, Walmart, Chase, Target, Chevron, Carl Jr, Cold Stone, McDonalds, Scripps etc.

The roomate I currently share the room with is leaving January 1st 2024 but not in a rush.
Unfortunately the property does not allow pets. We also dont have kids but family does visit in rare occasions (holidays).
