About the room
This is a 4bed 3.5bath home located in Elgin SC. I’m leasing a private bedroom with private bathroom queen size bed included. Tenant must be responsible, clean and mature. You will have access to the living area and kitchen NO PETS ALLOWED. There will be a $25 application fee.
