Single occupancy unfurnished room for rent in a shared home occupied currently by two females, and two male cats. We are seeking a third roommate to share our home.

MONEY STUFF

• Deposit is $500. Refundable and negotiable
• Rent is $850/month including utilities, due by the 1st of the month

• Carpeted
• Large window and closet
• Forced air heat in each room
• Window A/C units for summer months

THE HOUSE -3 bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms, driveway with detached garage, and partially fenced yard

• Shared living room, kitchen, and dining area
• Washer & Dryer on-site in a separate laundry room
• Dishwasher
• 3 decks attached to the home
• The main entryway to the home is ADA, but the bedrooms are all upstairs

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

• There is a driveway, but it may require musical cars at times
• Street parking is available as well
• Short walk to the nearest bus stop and city park with a dog park
• Nearby schools, downtown, and a short drive to highway access
• 20-30 minute drive to the Bainbridge ferry, Bangor, and Silverdale
• 30-40 minutes to PSNS

ANIMALS

• There are two male cats already in the home
• Cats and Dogs are both welcome, as long as the current cats approve
• Caged pets (rodents, lizards) are more than welcome

• I own a business and come & go frequently
• The second roommate travels for work frequently
• Alcohol and vape-friendly
• Cigarette smoking outside only
• 420 friendly outside only

I am a business owner and active outdoors person. I come and go frequently, and go on adventures often. The second roommate is on active duty and is also gone frequently.
