Great gated community in Largo. Olympic pool, community center, gym, easy access to downtown via 66th/4th and Indian Rocks Beach. (12 min app each)

Most extensive floor plan; 3br/2ba and 1400sf. All wood floors, kitchen island, all appliances, “sonic” ice machine, and coffee maker.

Trash service and all bills included.

I am disabled but recovering, from multiple spinal surgeries. I stay in my room 95% of the time.

It’s me and two kitten, she has her own private room in the back of the apartment, directly next to my room and bathroom. (for litter)

You will have the master bedroom with a California King bed and en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You have a walk-in closet as well. Not exceptionally large, but it’s yours. There is also hookup for a wall mount tv in your room.

Shared living spaces, in-apt laundry, ice machine, kitchen island, all appliances, desk space, and big screen tv.

There is also a balcony on your side of the apartment, but technically will be shared, as I let my kittens wander out to enjoy the cool weather. (unless you’re bringing plants - they will use them as a litter box)

I am a business owner, working from home.

I keep to myself, but am friendly and welcoming. Sometimes I’ll attempt to go to the pool for some physical therapy, but it’s not consistent. In short, I’m pretty boring. 🙃
