This listing is for two rooms! Right now one of the rooms is being used as my office which you can see in the photos. The rooms will be empty prior to your move in.

The hallway bathroom will be yours, and yours only.

Neighborhood is pretty quiet and low key. There is parking available for 2 vehicles in addition to mine, and there is some garage space available as well as a shed for storing stuff. I have a brand new gigantic washer & dryer set that you’re welcome to use. The back yard is also massive and is completely fenced in.

I am renting this house and my lease ends on 05/24/2024. I am probably going to move out at the end of the lease, depending on what the market looks like at that point… So you should be prepared to either sign a new lease by yourself or find a new roommate to replace me, or move out as well.

I’m 30 years old, no pets, single, have an 8 year old son, and work two jobs. First as a server & also work from home as a freelance web designer. My son is only here every other weekend. He’s very quiet and you barely even know he’s in the house.

I like to keep things pretty clean, like never leaving dishes in the sink overnight & sweeping the house every couple of days. Other than that I pretty much work 24/7.
