Brooke's room

If you want lower rent and live in a really nice town, Santa Paula is perfect. A short drive to Santa Barbara, Ojai and Ventura. This is an unfurnished room in a duplex. I am renting one side of the duplex which is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit. Full kitchen and living area. Very nice area. Landlord lives in the other unit. She’s very nice. Everything will be unfurnished and cleaned by December 1 and am totally open to making it look like a little home :)

I am the only other tenant. I am a 20-year old female working in Ojai at a well known spa. I grew up in Thousand Oaks. I do not drink or do drugs and am not a party girl. I work hard and like it to be fairly quiet and peaceful. I am very friendly and am looking for someone who is too.
