This is for the master suite of the house. The room / bathroom will be empty prior to your move-in. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and low key. There is parking available for 2 vehicles in addition to mine, and there is some garage space available as well as a shed for storing stuff. I have a brand new gigantic washer & dryer set that you’re welcome to use. The back yard is also massive and is completely fenced in.

I am renting this house and my lease ends on 05/24/2024. I am probably going to move out at the end of the lease, depending on what the market looks like at that point… So you should be prepared to either sign a new lease by yourself or find a new roommate to replace me, or move out as well.

I’m 30 years old, no pets, single, have an 8 year old son, and work two jobs. First as a server & also work from home as a freelance web designer. My son is only here every other weekend. He’s very quiet and you barely even know he’s in the house.

I like to keep things pretty clean, like never leaving dishes in the sink overnight & sweeping the house every couple of days. Other than that I pretty much work 24/7.
