The entire home comes furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own bed or additional furniture.

Additional Amenities: Attached 2-car garage with one spot reserved. Utilities included in monthly rent ($700). $500 security deposit. Flexible 4-6 month lease terms. Move-in is available immediately, with options until May 1. Lease signing must occur by April 12, 2024. Renter must agree to HOA contract and separate lease. No smoking, no pets (due to HOA regulations).

My partner and I split time between Minnesota and California, so you’ll have the space to yourself for extended periods. We have two cats, but they’ll only be present when we’re home. Unfortunately, the HOA limits pets to two per household, so additional pets are not permitted.
