This is located in the Fair Oaks area, minutes away from Fairfax Corner, Fair Oaks Mall, and Fair Lakes, and within walking distance from Costco and Home Depot. Also quite near the Government Center. This spacious basement has one Queen bed, a full bathroom, washer and dryer machines, a couch, a 2 sided computer table and chair, a large wardrobe, and a personal kitchen with an included Microwave, Instant Pot, high-end Latte Maker, etc. Renters have access to the patio right outside the basement. Parking is available in the spaces near the townhouse where the basement is located, and the driveway when available. You have your own entrance/exit via the back door (connecting to the backyard) which comes with a newly installed lock.

We are a family of 3, but my son is off to college but visits once every while, and my youngest child actively lives with us and attends school.
