Household: Mid-late 20’s, M/F Bottom floor is all yours- secluded, quiet, secure (dead-bolt access w/personal key). Main floor is shared/common area, and Patrick & I live upstairs. We technically have one more roommate, Wisteria- she rents the last room upstairs but only comes by once a month, if that.
