Hello! I’m looking for one roommate, preferably a young professional or student. The available bedroom is in the basement which has a full bathroom and living area. The shared kitchen is on the main level.

Monthly rent would be $850 including all utilities. It would be a 6 month lease with possibility for renewal. The house is in a quiet, established neighborhood in Fort Collins and just 5 minutes from CSU. It has a great open floor plan on the main level and a spacious backyard with many trees. It’s right by the Red Fox Meadows Natural Area and near Rolland Moore Park (great location for runners or someone who enjoys going on walks!). There is plenty of storage space both in the garage and inside the house.

I am a young professional who has gone back to school for nursing and I’m active in my church. I’m looking for a roommate/tenant who is tidy and respects quiet hours which generally need to be between 10pm and 6am. No smoking and preferably no pets (will only consider non-shedding/hypoallergenic pets). Friends are welcome to come over (preferably no large/loud parties as a norm). I have one roommate already and we both live on the main level, so the tenant in the basement would have a good amount of privacy.
