While no off-street parking is available, surrounding streets are always good for parking.

The spacious (1200ft2) apt is officially 2 beds 1ba, but the living room is convertible to a 3rd bedroom. W/D in unit. Gas heating (forced air), gas cooking (In this warm winter my monthly gas bill was less than 30 bucks so far). Unfortunately no pets, no smoking, not furnished. The professor landlord lives right below you, so your concerns will be taken care of right away.

This is a lease-takeover deal, which ends on 7/31/24. The possibility of lease renewal is up to you and the landlord. Utility is not included in the rent, and the security is one and half a month.
