Quiet Creek Lane

Quiet area of Diamond Bar, we have a patio and there is also a community pool. Garage attached so parking is available. Air conditioned, room will have a bed and curtains as there are two windows allowing great lighting. There is also a washer and dryer in the garage and we also have a dishwasher.

I am currently an employed college student with two friendly cats! It is a three bedroom house, so we have one other roommate who is currently working and we are both very easy to get along with. All genders welcome! You would be sharing a bathroom with my roommate but him and myself are very clean and split up chores.
