One or two cats acceptable; no dogs, sorry! No smoking of any kind is permitted on premises. Walking distance to BART & Todos Santos. Apartment faces quiet street with little traffic. Utilities included as long as usage is reasonable.

I’m a full-time professional who works early Monday - Friday. My meals are provided so I’m not in the kitchen much. I’m pretty chill and keep things clean and (mostly) tidy, looking for the same energy to share my apartment with.
