The rooms are roughly the same size. The large armoire in the 2nd bedroom is not currently against the wall but will be when you move in. Cozy bathroom with ample shelf and cabinet storage. Plenty of natural light throughout the apartment. Kitchen includes a sizable pantry space waiting for your creative touch. Island counter provides additional cabinets and table seating.

The back door exits onto an interior deck entryway with coat hooks and shoe storage for your convenience. You’ll enjoy a front porch, a small front yard, a backyard for recreational use or gardening. With so many ways and space to enjoy the outdoors, living here doesn’t feel like you’re living in an apartment!

For a monthly total of $2000, everything is covered - heat, water, gas, electricity, and trash/sanitation. This means you only pay for the rent and renter’s insurance. Up to two feline friends are welcome (sorry, no dogs). Additional storage in the basement and a driveway parking spot are all included. On-street parking is plentiful for any extra vehicles. And if a dishwasher is a must, no worries - hookups can be provided at no extra charge. Optional laundry is available in the basement for $50 a month, and both a washer/dryer are provided.
