The apartment is a total of 875 square feet. The kitchen has plenty of space for one person to cook at a time and the living room is spacious. You will have your own room that is roughly 90 sq feet. The apartment has all brand-new appliances as of August 2023. You can take the larger bedroom for $100 more a month. That one is roughly 120 square feet. The area has lots of food very close which is my favorite part about the location. It is a 10-minute drive to Mesa College where I go and a 10-minute drive to SDSU if you attend there. I am looking for someone to fill a 6 month lease for the next school semester but I plan to move out after that.

I will be the only other roommate you will have. I go to school, go the gym, play a lot of pickup basketball, eat good food, and smoke weed so if you like any of those things we will get along. If you dont, we’ll also get along. Im easy going and like getting to know any kind of person out there. I do prefer that we keep the apartment as clean as we can, especially the kitchen.
