hi all! we’re looking for a 3rd FEMALE roommate for a 3bd 2bath apt in Brentwood 90049- it has 1300sf and includes water and trash. it’s a newly renovated apartment with new stainless steel appliances, HUGE closets and very spacious, Wall A/C, two storage closets in the hall, on site laundry room, has a balcony in the living room and parking spots. wood floors and unit on 2nd floor.

We would love a mid to late 20s down to earth girl that has a steady job (no wfh), friendly, communicative and doesn’t like to bring the party home. we both are very focus on our job and want to come to a peaceful clean environment. we’re not clean freaks but being tidy is important for us. also looking forward to become great friends with you and hang out. would love to meet you before hand to see if we would be a great fit. we love pets but unfortunately the management doesn’t allow it. We want to sign the lease between dec 1st- 5th -(is a 1 year lease)
