I have a 1 bedroom apartment and I am renting out the living room/dining room area as a place to sleep like a studio. You can feel free to use the couch as a bed or move a twin bed into the dining room.

I’m 28 years old, I work all day until 8pm. I smoke 420 in my home so the new roomate must be okay with that, I’m alright with them partaking in 420 here as well. I’m really chill and drama free and stay to myself mostly. Can be loud sometimes but not obnoxiously loud, and not all the time.
