About the room… Furnished all inclusive bedroom with full size bed, dresser, night stand, and double hung closet. Shared Hall bath with one other person. Double sink vanity. Use of washer and dryer and fully stocked kitchen. Includes water/sewer, electricity, gas and Wi-Fi. Dedicated refrigerator and pantry space for tenants.

Availability… 1 room currently available beginning January 2, 2026. Male roommate only sharing common space with other males. Maximum of 1 person per room. Unable to store the furnishings; if you have your own furniture, there isn’t room to use or store.

Terms… 3 month leases and then month-to-month No pets 400.00 deposit 800.00 per month 30 day notice
