Extra room with bed and closet. Office is shared off the bedroom but I never use it. Shared bathroom, I have a corner lot so parking is endless. Everything is included in rent, utilities, internet etc. Food is not included but the kitchen is shared. Feel free to use my dishes and cookware.

I work at Mayo in Rochester 2nd shift. I do martial arts in the mornings. I’m not home often except weekends and after work. I’m in college full time, I have a German shepherd and a cat.
