Have a room for rent. Home is located in Fall River MA in the Highlands neighborhood. Asking for 750 a month. Last month and refundable security deposit have to be paid prior to moving in. Access to washer and drier, driveway parking and all common areas. No smoking in the premises. Roommate: has to have the funds to cover last month/security deposit. Must be alone. No couples or pets. Must have source of income. If it’s up its avaliable.
