It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home that will be shared between you, myself, and a very loving 1-year-old black lab puppy named Marley. Within a 5-minute drive there is river access, hiking trails, state parks, and a shopping center for groceries and restaurants. This home offers the luxury of rural living without being far from the city with downtown Durham being only an 8 mile drive and Duke about a 9 mile drive away.

The room includes a: brand-new full-size bed, dresser, and computer desk.

I’m very flexible if I find an ideal housemate as far as leasing goes. It can be 3 months or it can be a year.

I’m an easy going young professional male working in Finance. I’m clean and tidy and I’ve had pleasurable experiences with all my past housemates. I’m a musician; however, I’m very respectful of my surroundings and practice at friends’ homes. I spend most my time out in nature, going to concerts, or spending time with friends.
