Cedar Walk

I am moving out of state and looking for someone to take over my lease.This property provides so many different amenities including but not limited to a 2 story workout facility, a dog park, washer and dryer provided in the apartment, 2 swimming pools, fire pit area, print/ cafe room, just to name a few. On top of all of that it is located right by the Long Beach Shoreline/ Pike. There’s is always so much to do and many restaurants to choose from. It doesn’t get any better being right by the beach.

You would be rooming with my brother. 30 year old male that loves sports, shoes and just overall chill and laid back.
