Single home . Have dogs . So no other pets. Have to work with letting dogs out if im not home when I am. Bills are included. Washer dryer on premises. Pool in summer. No guest unless worked out in advance.this is new so just trying .and if I don’t rent other room it won’t be shared. And this is a private bath unless I choose to rent other room out. See how this goes . The room is approximately 10x 13’3“

Just me and my 3 dogs. Work on railroad. So I might be away long or short. So that’s why help with dogs if your home before me. Prefer a woman because I have a daughter who comes over and she doesn’t feel comfortable with strange men. The rest we can work out if this happens. Like I said new to this
