-5 Bedrooms, 3 Baths -2500 Square Feet -2 Living spaces upstairs and downstairs -Laundry in the basement -Must be a dog-lover! We have a 7 lb Chihuahua and a 43 lb Border Heeler. They are friendly and stay out the way for the most part (unless they really like you :) ). -UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED -DISHES AND EATING UTENSILS ARE PROVIDED -Security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure spot. First month’s rent due on move-in.

Who we are: -Young professional couple - male and female (owners)

• One male entrepreneur -All between ages 22 and 60 -Everyone in the house gets along and likes to spend time on the back porch barbecuing and hanging around the fire pit. We are looking for a professional who can fit into this dynamic. You can hang out with us or be to yourself, we don’t mind just as long as you’re cordial, CLEAN, chill and respectful (no exceptions)

The owners are a young (M-27 & F-28), professional couple (male is a COO of a SEO company who works from home and the female is in HR) who loves dogs and chill vibes. We’re really cool and easy-going. We have 2 male roommates. One is a 60 year old truck driver who is really respectful, nice, helpful and clean (he and his dog are moving out in January). Our last roommate is a chill 22 year old entrepreneur. We are looking for a professional who likes dogs, is respectful, CLEAN and chill.
