The area is a great area to live in HOA community with good people. Must be a decent person no drugs or alcoholics allowed. Rent due at beginning of each month. Must be happy with arrangement it doesn’t work with unhappy people. I have 2 dogs so must be an animal lover as well. Make the most of the situation to make it like a home.

The people in the house are chill people who have jobs and we get along good with each other. Person who moves in needs to fit in with the vibe so it can work out. The property is a single story 3 bedroom 2 bath house and I am renting out a room in that house.
