FRAZIER's room

Fully furnished bedroom with queen-sized bed, closet, overhead fan/light, and LED-color lighting. Current tenant is moving out so closet will be empty when you movie in. I’m working on getting internet which will also be included with the utilities as advertised. Bathroom has a brand new toilet. Tub is old but kept clean clean. Walking distance from QT and 2 grocery stores.

House is owned by me, no other housemates. I’m trying to make content in my spare time (gardening, voicework). I’ll be talking loudly and moving around a lot.

I work in a factory so I’m up and making noise from 5am-630am before I get out the door, and I need quiet after 11pm so I can sleep enough to manage. I have noisemakers for my room so TV and music doesn’t bother me too much, but I legitimately can’t have people hanging out here past 11pm.

I’m very easy going and friendly outside of these rules. I love socializing and I’m happy to have your friends over. Its just that my job is horrible and exhausting and if I don’t get enough sleep I’ll crash the 6 figure machines I’m responsible for and I can’t let that happen.
