Cozy room for rent in quaint 2 br 1 bath home in perfect Sebastopol location. Seconds to Rodota trail & minutes from downtown, property is in great neighborhood in tranquil country setting. Seeking quiet, respectful housemate immediately. Looking for long-term cohabitant(s) only. Pref employed or retired female who can pay rent (no section 8 voucher, sorry) but am open to any gender. No smoking/drinking preferred but not necessity. Minimum 1 year stay. $900+split PGE; all other utilities paid by me. Room is 9x11, has walk in closet and is adjacent to laundry room/sun porch. Some storage avail.

I am a musician with three cats and 1 senior Pom mix who all get along beautifully. I consider my home a sanctuary and value my privacy. I am gone approx 6 months out of year so you’d have house to yourself. I am a very private & peaceful person who appreciates like-minded conscious folk. I’d love to be ok with your pet but we have very full house now; it would have to be a special circumstance/perfect fit. My fur babies are my everything and other people find them quite entertaining…..
