The apartment is located on a pleasant residential street. A 10 minute walk to Crystal lake, a 10 minute drive to Mills mansion and Fern cliff Forest. Other attractions include the the Roosevelt home and the Culinary Institute. Heat is included, electric and WIFI are not. Washing machine available.

I am looking for someone who isn’t loud and is pretty chill. I like flexibility in the kitchen and enjoy sharing meals, but that isn’t a must. Someone who tends to have early hours and a quiet lifestyle would be great. Someone who is involved in their work and not home all the time away from home is preferred.

(She/her) I am a 55+ woman. I keep the apartment clean and tidy but I am not rigid. I am quiet and like to meditate. I am often out walking and taking dance and Yoga class. I keep early hours and go to sleep around 10pm. When I’m not out I have a therapy practice, which I schedule both in person and online. It has beautiful hardwood floors and was just completely redone in April. Enjoy walking down this street wonderfully located right in the village of Rhinebeck. Its just a few minute walk from restaurants, shops and upstate films. The living room is furnished and the kitchen is fully stocked with cook ware.
